Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s our return policy:

Eligible Returns:

  • Unused Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging with in 5 days of arrival. 
  • Damaged Items: Items that were damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. Please provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at wheelhaus.fl@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged during shipping.
  3. Refund: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
